Questions
- What is an email reveal?
- Showing a channel's public contact address. One reveal per channel, ever — a channel you revealed last month is still visible, and exporting a list only spends reveals on channels you have not revealed yet. Addresses come from the channel's own description or linked website, never from guessing.
- How does the trial work?
- Starter and Pro start with 7 free days. A card is collected up front and charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before that from your billing page. One trial per account.
- Can I change or cancel?
- Yes, from Billing in your dashboard: switch between Starter and Pro, update the card, download invoices or cancel. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- What is not for sale?
- Viewer demographics, sponsorship prices and any number for a channel we have not read. No plan includes a guessed value; an unread channel shows its counters and an empty space.
- Do you sell to agencies?
- Pro includes three seats and client workspaces as they ship. For done-for-you outreach on YouTube targets, the existing CastFox service extends to Verbatext, priced per client.
