I’m Emily English, London-based nutritionist, cook, and the author of 3x Number 1 Sunday Times best selling cookbooks. I like to keep things simple, food you WANT to eat, designed by a nutritionist. Teaching you the small, smart changes that add up, higher protein, more fibre and colour, gut-friendly tweaks and how to transfer this into delicious meals. No diets, just recipes I genuinely love and cook myself at home, with clear, practical science you can use right away. Expect weekday-easy meals, batch-friendly ideas and nutrition that feels normal. Vitamin joy is essential. Subscribe if you’re after food that feels good, tastes great, and fits real life, without compromise.
