Welcome to my channel! My name is Blanche (pronounced the French way) and I created Feast In the Middle East, a cooking show dedicated to making middle eastern & mediterranean food accessable and delicious, so you can recreate the dishes you love from your favorite restaurant! My cookbook, Feast in the Middle East, also helps viewers that want all of the recipes in one place with easy to follow tips and beautiful photos on every page. If you're new, you might have seen my cooking demos on NBC, BBC, PBS, and Virgin American Airlines in flight entertainment! Wanna make the perfect hummus, halva, baba ghanoush, semolina date cookies, kefta or shawarma? You're in the right place, with ancient recipes that have been passed down to me from generations. Wanna travel to the Middle East/Mediterranean? Check out my adventurous travel vlogs. As a former fitness instructor I also have playlists on nutrition & fitness so you can be your best self.
