Hi, my name is Alvin Karangizi. I’m a doctor with a passion for running. My channel is about Uganda's running town Kapchorwa located in the east of our country, on the slopes of Mount Elgon. It is home to world class running athletes including Joshua Cheptegei, Jacob Kiplimo and Peruth Chemutai. I started training here in 2022 and love it. I share my experience, learning and topics I’m curious about. Enjoy! email any queries to [email hidden]
