Workforce Workshop

What Workforce Workshop makes

Topics recruitment, hiring, workforce, business, entrepreneurship

The Workforce Workshop #podcast has a compelling origin story. Workforce Workshop is hosted by Ms. Chiraz Kelly, Founder & President of Staffactory LLC. She built 2 #businesses from the ground up and her 3rd company in 2017. The story behind starting this podcast begins with her experience of employing 5,000+ people in one of her previous companies. One of the reasons was the difficulty of #recruiting, #hiring, onboarding, and managing those talents along with searching for the best in the market. This led to a disciplined effort to share her observations with fellow business owners and entrepreneurs in the form of this show. #workforce is one of the most tricky aspects of setting up a business and with COVID-19 bringing in so many changes in every field, we all need a level of #support and guidance in navigating through the tough waters. So, we set up a place with the most asked questions to extend our experience & observations for hiring managers, employers, and even employees.
