Understanding Jiddu Krishnamurti, allows you to understand the truth to your very own life. I once believed life was an ongoing struggle & meaningless. Amidst an existential crisis, as the idea of the life I had led crumbled in spectacular fashion, I stumbled upon the recordings of Jiddu Krishnamurti. Not knowing what I was actually listening to, I was absolutely hooked. He allowed me to see the truth of his words in my very own life. Suddenly, my life changed foundationally. I lived in the present moment, effortlessly, easily, naturally. Once you face your own ego, recognize it to be an idea and nothing more – and die to yourself. Let the idea go. That's the key to getting your childhood joy back. After years of internal suffering, depression, anxiety, suicidality – I was joyful again. This is not about Krishnamurti, not really about me either. This channel is about you understanding the truth to your life. ONE LOVE, Jane Dough
