We’re a family-owned drainage and landscaping company based in Central New Jersey. Every project is engineered, designed, and installed by us — Dawn & Tom Tye — with occasional help from our two sons, Nick & Andy. Our mission is simple: solve tough rainwater drainage problems and create colorful, low-maintenance landscapes that make homes more usable, inviting, and beautiful. From French drains and dry wells to custom planting designs, we bring innovative solutions to properties where water can’t be discharged to the street. All of Dawn’s designs are tailored to each home, blending curb appeal with long-term function. Every detail is handled with care since we do all the work ourselves — no crews, just family. We proudly serve Old Bridge, East Brunswick, and the surrounding areas of Central NJ. Thanks for watching and supporting our channel, Dawn & Tom
