Based in Roswell, Georgia, Tripwire Interactive is an entertainment software company founded in 2005 by the award winning mod team and winners of the $1,000,000 Make Something Unreal competition. With the fanbase doubling on every release of the original mod, a further string of industry accolades and awards followed from PC Gamer, Computer Games Magazine, Gamespot DLX, Gamespy, ModDB and Fileplanet. After winning the respect of gaming industry luminaries, online gamers, and press members worldwide, Tripwire Interactive was incorporated to take the Red Orchestra franchise forward as a retail game. Comprised of many original development team members, Tripwire Interactive embodies the very essence of grass roots development, but with the professional talent and attitude of the industry's brightest.
