建於西元1937年，採日式分離派建築，前身為「臺灣總督府專賣局松山菸草工場」，並於2001年由臺北市政府指定為第99處市定古蹟。 2011年轉型為松山文創園區， 提供文化創意產業進駐，創造多元平台讓創作者、平台經營者和消費者間的互動溝通管道。 全園區包含辦公廳舍、 大跨距高透光長廊建築的製菸工廠、 結合月台與供應輸送帶的倉庫群、 高聳煙囪的鍋爐房等~~ 除此之外， 園區內還有巴洛克式花園， 以及多處大小不等的噴水池與流水造景， 更令人驚喜的還有藏在綠蔭蔥鬱的樹群中的生態池！ 全新的松山文創園區， 不只是在信義商圈中提供了一個新的活動展演空間， 也是提供了一個讓民眾可以放鬆舒壓、體驗慢活的好場所！
