Taipei Performing Arts Center Inspired by Taiwanese hotpot as a diagram of consolidation and efficiency, Taipei Performing Arts Center (TPAC) is designed by OMA, led by renowned architects Rem Koolhaas and David Gianotten, and will be the new cultural landmark in Taiwan.
