Welcome to The Lebanese Plate, where I share Lebanese food, family recipes and the stories behind every plate. I’m Lina, a recipe developer, food photographer and educator based in Sydney. Here you’ll find traditional Lebanese dishes, everyday family meals, comforting recipes and simple ways to bring the flavours of Lebanon into your own kitchen. From labaneh, hummus and Lebanese breakfasts to family feasts, slow-cooked meals and recipes passed through generations, I’ll show you how to make food that is generous, flavourful and made to be shared. Whether you grew up eating Lebanese food or you’re discovering it for the first time, subscribe and cook along with me.
