The Isolation Year

What The Isolation Year makes

Topics mental health, self-improvement, personal growth, life coaching, mindfulness

I’m Skip. The last few years — and especially this past year — have been a mental grind. This year is about resetting that. I’m live-streaming the process 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for one full year. No highlights. No edits. No breaks. It won’t be easy. It won’t be pretty. And it won’t be censored. You’ll see the good days, the bad days, the discipline, the setbacks, and everything in between — in real time. If you’re curious what a real reset looks like, or you’re trying to fix your own life quietly, you’re welcome here.
