Topics mental health, therapy, psychology, anxiety, depression

Access convenient mental health care on your terms—at Talkspace, your mental wellness is our mission. Talkspace began as the first service to offer the ability to text with a licensed therapist from the comfort of your own device, and we've since expanded to provide support and solutions for every step of your mental health journey. Our team of 5000+ therapists provide ongoing 1-on-1 support for individuals, couples, and teens, and through the Talkspace Go app we offer clincian-created self-guided programs you complete at your own pace. For those in need of psychiatric care, we offer convenient virtual diagnosis, medication prescriptions (if appropriate), and medication management. Our easy-to-use, fully-encrypted web and mobile platform meets HIPAA, federal, and state regulatory requirements, and our partnerships with insurers and employers make mental health care affordable, or even free. We believe mental health is core to overall health and should be available to everyone.
