What Stone Island makes

Topics fashion, innovation, design, community, materials

Founded on a culture of experimentation, Stone Island is known for extraordinary technical innovation, a commitment to challenging the possibilities of materials, and a genuine connection between the maker and the wearer. It is a fusion between the two poles of research and function. A relentless exploration of the new, applied with intention to create garments with purpose and utility. Its manifesto is unwavering, guided by a dual commitment to LAB and LIFE. LAB refers to a boundless and ever-evolving pursuit of invention. The transformation of fibres and fabrics, enabling the discovery of materials, processes and techniques that have never previously been used in the clothing industry. LIFE is a belief in the significance of experience, connection, and community. These twin poles steer every element of Stone Island's creative and cultural footprint, and have established the brand at the vanguard of experimentation, design, and culture.
