I dedicate this you tube channel to my little sister and family. Kimberly- Bannister-Anderson, who passed away November 17th, 2016 due to congestive heart failure. Kim had the most enthusiastic soul one could ever find. Her smile radiated love and joy even in the throes of her painful condition. You never would have guessed Kim had a terminal heart condition that could take her life at any minute. She Never Stopped!! She "keeps it moving". Kim, along with her husband and three young children never let this condition hold hem back from living every day to its fullest. Kim never a beat with her family and remained absolutely positive thru it all even in her final days.. #K.I.M (Keep It Moving) I pledge to always teach and coach myself and others the importance of "K.I.M.".. Last and not least to my older sister Lima who is such the Super woman beating breast cancer we uplift you and everyone fighting cancer. I say lets beat cancer and all illnesses together as one mind, body and soul...
