Hi! I’m Sanne Vloet—a wellness creator, entrepreneur, and model. You might know me from the runways of Paris or the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, but these days, my passion is helping you live a healthier, more balanced life. On this channel, I share my journey as the founder of Nekohama and Soul Sync Body, a wellness platform offering workouts, healthy recipes, and mindful routines. Expect videos that inspire and empower—from fitness routines and wellness challenges to my daily life in LA and my personal take on self-care! Whether you're looking for a fresh recipe, a quick workout, or a peek into how I balance life as a creator and entrepreneur, this is a space for community, connection, and growth. I am obsessed with matcha & love spending time with my dog Katsu! I post new videos every Saturday. Don’t forget to hit subscribe and turn on notifications so you never miss a moment.
