What RosalieYoga makes

Topics yoga, meditation, astral projection, energy work, consciousness

I've had out-of-body experiences (OBEs) since childhood. For decades I kept them a secret. I was a television journalist at CNN, NBC, Al Jazeera, and Bloomberg — telling other people's stories while never fully telling my own. In 2021, I finally expressed the full picture of who I was. I posted a guided yoga nidra for astral projection to YouTube. I almost deleted it. A later version of that video now has over a million views. Turns out I wasn't the only one keeping this secret. Here you'll find yoga nidra, astral projection, energy work, and consciousness practices. I teach you how to harness OBEs, altered states, and extraordinary experiences — safely, intentionally, and as a way of life. If something in you recognises this, you're in the right place. Based in Hong Kong. New videos every week. Start with the free guide below. 👉 FREE Astral Projection Guide: https://pages.rosalieesilva.com/ 🌐 rosalieesilva.com
