Since its establishment, the State of Israel has faced terrorism . This unique situation forced Israel to find creative solutions to deal with complicated moral situations and dilemmas. The Israeli Defense Forces are doing their best in order to protect the civilians while maintaining the most ethical standard . However, there is a major effort being taken by many organizations, to damage Israel and doubt its legitimacy. What is “Reservist On Duty”? “Reservist On Duty”, was founded in December 2015 and is an Israeli non-governmental and non-profit organization. Our goal is to bring the complexity of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to the public’s attention, both in Israel and abroad. We are doing this by presenting facts, personal testimonies and debating the ethical dilemmas that are built in any asymmetrical conflict . Our activities are part of a broader effort to counter the BDS movement.
