We're a 4th generation family-owned and led business, founded in 1902 in Crows Nest, QLD where our original office - The Shed - still stands. With 12,000+ members, we cover all areas of real estate, including residential, commercial, and rural property sales and management. We're a partner in HTL Property, delivering specialised services for the hotel industry across Australia. RW Capital invests on behalf of the White family, institutional and private investors, in private credit, real estate private equity and private equity. We provide our members a family experience that supports leadership, embraces curiosity, and is a springboard to reach heights they may not have thought achievable. In FY ending 30 June 2024, we achieved record growth and a market share of 14.4% in Australia and New Zealand, more than twice the second-largest group.
