Hey everyone! I’m Valeriya and I’m very excited to welcome you to my Pastry Madness kitchen! I’m not a professional baker, I’m just a mom of three kiddos (12, 9 and 7 years old), that love experimenting in the kitchen. I was born and raised in Russia so sometimes my style of baking goods may be different from the traditional American treats. I’m not a recipe developer but I like a challenge, I try a lot of different recipes and sometimes I make a little changes to the ingredient ratio. I like to bake from scratch. cookies, cakes, pastry treats, and from time to time I make a delicious desserts. I’m always in conflict with myself between a piece of cookie/pastry/candy and my diet, but baking is therapy for me, even with my kids running around me in the kitchen. Here I’m sharing the best of all the experiments I do in my kitchen. I hope you will enjoy baking with me. eBook - ONE DOUGH COOKIE BOX for Any Occasion https://pastrymadness.samcart.com/products/one-dough-cookie-box
