National Youth Theatre is a world leading youth arts organisation. We discover, inspire and showcase exceptional young people aged 14 to 25 from across the UK. We believe that the best way for young people to learn is by doing, and by engaging with leading artists and industry professionals. We champion and develop the best in emerging talent, including actors, directors, writers, designers and production teams and commission and stage brave and relevant new work in leading venues around the UK and beyond. Our world renowned alumni include: Helen Mirren, Daniel Craig, Colin Firth, Rosamund Pike, Daniel Day-Lewis, Orlando Bloom, Catherine Tate, Ben Kingsley, Ashley Jensen, Derek Jacobi, Timothy Dalton, David Walliams, Matt Lucas, Hugh Bonneville, Matt Smith, Zawe Ashton, Chiwetel Ejiofor and many more. Every year we meet over 5000 young people at acting auditions and backstage interviews looking to join our company. Find out more and apply now at www.nyt.org.uk/auditions
