Topics colombia, cultural-exploration, language-learning, expat-life, bilingual

¡Hola chicos! 👋🏼 I’m Lauren (pronounced LOR-en), also known as La Gringa Latina. 🇺🇸🇨🇴 I’m a bilingual American from Omaha, Nebraska who spent 7 years living in Medellín, Colombia and exploring Latin America. Now, I’ve traded my life abroad for a new adventure in MIAMI, a place where American and Latino cultures collide (it's the best of both worlds!) 🌴☀️ From my love of Spanish and Latin cultures to building a life abroad and now reinventing myself in Miami, this channel is about culture, language, adventures, and the experiences that shape who we are. Being bilingual is a BLESSING. Knowing both worlds is a BLESSING. I believe experiencing different cultures expands our perspective, breaks down stereotypes, and creates bridges instead of walls. So come along with me as I navigate this new chapter, explore Miami, talk about language and culture, and share what it means to build a life that exists somewhere between worlds. ¡VIVA LATINOAMÉRICA! 🇨🇴🇺🇸
