Jumpstart Kids is the leading early childhood literacy nonprofit. For more than 30 years, we've trained caring individuals to lead Learning Conversations — research-based, play-based interactions that help preschoolers build literacy, language, and life skills. We strengthen the work of teachers and families while supporting children's learning and development through books, conversations, and play. We also help prepare the next generation of early childhood educators through hands-on training and classroom experience. Our work is grounded in the belief that every child deserves access to high-quality early learning opportunities that support a strong start in kindergarten and beyond.
