Hi. I'm a contemporary fantasy author and technical editor. I love storytelling discussions--especially if it's speculative fiction based. On this channel I tend to lean into speculative fiction (fantasy, science fiction, and horror) deep dives and analysis but romance and thriller also make frequent guest appearances. I'm here for the discussion! As an editor, my commentary leans toward critical. I seek to polish and improve any rough edges, but that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy the story. Digging in is just how I engage with media, and if this isn't your style that's ok. I want it to be inquisitive, friendly conversations that engage both readers and writers. We should center the conversation on the story or the larger body of works and avoid generalization that may be hurtful. Authors, if it's a review on something you had a hand in, please refrain from interacting.
