I build and run ultra luxury short term rentals, and I run them on AI. I started back in 2017 renting out apartments I did not even own, and grew that into a growing portfolio across multiple markets in the US. Along the way I raised millions in private capital with partners, no bank required. On this channel I break down: How to find, fund, and build short term rentals that actually cash flow How I raise private money for real estate without giving up control How I use AI to run the business, from guest messaging to pricing to building my own direct booking site If you are trying to start or scale your first Airbnb, you are in the right place. Simple enough for a beginner, real enough for an operator. Join the free Airbnb Blueprint community, where I share the exact AI stack I use to run my business with ease. https://www.skool.com/the-airbnb-blueprint-rafaloza/about Instagram, where I post tips on how to run and scale your STR business. https://www.instagram.com/itsrafaloza
