A true labour of love, Hel:sløwed is the brand new project of Misja Helsloot and Michael de Kooker. Having earned their stripes in the international music scene, together they clock up more than 35 years of pure devotion to all things dance music. A mutual love for melodies, the deeper grooves of techno and the uplifting yet playful feel of old-school trance connects their minds, resulting in a joint venture that’s ready to make itself heard. Steering towards a full-toned, rich blend of progressive and trance, a Hel:sløwed original takes the mind to those early days of clubbing, with the technique, maturity and full-bodied sound propelling it to far beyond today. With upcoming releases on labels like Armada Music, Statement!, Pure Trance and more, the Hel:sløwed sound has clearly struck a chord with the industry’s elite.
