This channel is all about connecting more deeply with others while staying true to yourself, using Nonviolent Communication (NVC). I focus mostly on personal relationships, friends, family, kids..with a specific care for people who tend to people-please and for those whose voices have been historically silenced (women/BIPOC/neurodivergent etc). I'm also certified as a trauma informed coach, which I integrate in my work. I teach courses and do 1:1 sessions as well. I live in the Netherlands, I'm queer, and I love cats & dogs 🥰
