Covenant.dev is a gamedev creative house producing unique and original IPs that offer memorable experiences to gamers worldwide. As a company, we put a great effort into the highest organizational standards and excel at operational and strategic planning. We strive to offer our employees the most comfortable working conditions possible with no crunch, no core hours, and a lot of empowerment given to every team member. Covenant is also the first polish gamedev studio that holds a globally-recognizable certificate, ‘Great Place to Work.’ The company is kept small and agile due to the high utilization of outsourcing, which enables it to scale its business according to the current needs. Thus, Covenant specializes in the creation of high-value game concepts in the form of so-called Vertical Slices. Core team members have vast experience in the best polish gamedev firms such as CD Projekt RED and 11 bit studios.
