This is the official YouTube channel of the William J. Clinton Presidential Library, part of the National Archives & Records Administration's Presidential Library System. The Presidential Library is located in Little Rock, Arkansas and houses records created during the Clinton Administration. This channel features examples of video holdings. Keep up to date with the Clinton Presidential Library's activities on X, Instagram & Facebook at the links below, along with NARA's social media comment & privacy policy. *NOTE*: Video shot during the Clinton administration was shot in 4:3 standard definition. The A/V archives does NOT create HD or up'scaled videos as that would alter the integrity of the records as they were produced. Staff add a 10 second title card to every clip, which includes sub-events. No material is removed from the original footage sans slate & tone and material withheld through FOIA. Otherwise, all recordings are presented as they were produced.
