Welcome to Teach Your Class Off, where we help teachers bring purpose, passion, and joy back into the classroom. I’m CJ Reynolds—educator, author, speaker, and the guy behind this channel. After nearly two decades teaching high school in West Philadelphia, I now teach in rural New Mexico, still doing what I’ve always done: showing up for students, building deep relationships, and making learning feel exciting, relevant, and real. This channel is built for educators who want to level up—not with theory, but with practical tools, honest reflections, and a supportive community that gets it. From classroom management strategies and creative lesson ideas to teacher motivation and behind-the-scenes glimpses into real classrooms, everything here is meant to help you teach your class off—in your own unique way. If you're ready to reignite your spark, rethink what school can be, and connect with a crew of educators doing the work—you’re in the right place.
