What C.J. Adrien makes

Topics history, critical thinking, education, media literacy, bias awareness

Through this channel, I’ll show you how to use history to sharpen the intangible skill we call critical thinking. My goal is to equip you to challenge your own biases and question the stories sold to you every day, so you can avoid falling prey to misinformation and propaganda. Think of this channel as one that uses history as a gym for your brain. This channel is for the young people navigating today’s precarious media landscape, as well as those who may not have had the privilege of a formal liberal arts education. I’m here to bridge that gap. About me, in the third person: C.J. Adrien is a former secondary school teacher, published historian, and a bestselling, award-winning author of historical fiction novels. He currently teaches medieval courses through Medievalists[dot]net, and is published through Vinci Books. Learn more at https://cjadrien.com.
