http://www.EllensBreadMachineRecipes.com I started this channel as a way to deal with the grief of my mother’s passing, a lifelong love of baking, and a way to be productive during the pandemic. I do not make ANY MONEY from this channel (or my website ) by choice. That would be a job, and I’m retired. I’m just a non-professional home baker, (I bake mostly breads, but also cookies, pies, etc..) who enjoys helping other bakers. I typically bake bread by making dough in bread machines and I bake in my ovens. I also make cookies, brownies, and pies. I’m a retired elementary school teacher of 30 years. Now I teach my “bread friends” how to bake bread successfully using a bread machine.
