What Battling Monsters makes

Topics mental health, adventure, ptsd, extreme sports, filmmaking

Battling Monsters is a movement that uses extreme adventure to fight for mental health. I'm Jamie Leibert. I climb into remote places and jump out of them, and every jump is the external cost of an internal war. Adventure is how I fight PTSD, every day, and these films are how I show the work. No cure, no arc, no finish line. Just the practice, on camera. I've wingsuited, paraglided and climbed in 80+ countries. My wife Sandra climbs and jumps beside me. New films every week. Subscribe if you're fighting something too.
