Welcome to the Aamodt / Plumb YouTube Channel! We are a boutique Architecture, Interiors and Construction Firm based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In 2017 we started The Slow Space Movement, akin to Slow Food for the built environment. We spend 90% of our time indoors and so many of the buildings we inhabit are poorly designed, made with low quality toxic materials and built with exploited labor. McMansions are the fast food of homes so we are starting a video series on Slow Homes which features tips and advice for creating a home that is good, clean and fair. If you want to live a conscious life and are concerned with making choices that are good for their health, good for the environment and ethical for other humans then this series is for you! We hope you like it and spread the word. Mette Aamodt
