I’m Yoko Kumada. I'm 38 years old. I have been working in Japan as bikini model and TV personality. My 40th photo album was published this year. I have three kids. They are 12years old, 8years old and 6year old. I raised them by breast feeding completely and I haven’t gone to gyms for more than one year since I gave birth to the last baby. In this channel, I would like to introduce mothers how my body shape went back to the original through my daily schedule without going to gym or beauty salon. I will enjoy myself sending messages to you, so have fun. Don't miss it!!
